These terms govern your use of assetyard.io and any purchase you make on it. By using the site you accept them.
1. Who we are
AssetYard is operated by AssetYard Creative LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17373395, at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom.
Owner input needed VAT number, if the company is VAT registered.
AssetYard is the sole seller of every product listed on this site. There are no third-party sellers, and customers cannot upload or list products.
2. What we sell
Downloadable design files and creative resources for use in design applications: typeface files, texture and pattern libraries, product mockup files, brand identity kits, and social media template sets.
Each product page states the applications the files work in, the minimum versions of those applications, the file formats supplied, and the technical specifications of the files.
3. Accounts
You may need an account to access your downloads. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials to yourself and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.
We may suspend or close an account that is used to breach these terms or the End-User License Agreement.
4. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the amount charged — nothing is converted at checkout. Prices include Owner input needed tax treatment, e.g. VAT where applicable.
Payments are taken by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may decline an order, including where we suspect fraud or where a product has been withdrawn.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered as described in Delivery.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. In short: refundable before you download, not refundable after, with exceptions for files that are faulty or not as described.
7. Licence
What you may do with a purchased file is governed by the End-User License Agreement. You buy a licence to use the files, not ownership of them.
8. Intellectual property
The site, its content, and all products remain the property of AssetYard or its licensors. Nothing on the site grants you any right to our trademarks or branding.
9. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, interfere with its operation, scrape it systematically, or use it to distribute malware.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw products, and change prices, at any time. Changes do not affect orders already accepted.
11. Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim connected with an order or with this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to.
If you use the files for business purposes, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or lost business opportunity.
Some liability cannot be limited and we do not attempt to limit it: liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and, where you buy as a consumer, our obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
This matches section 9 of the End-User License Agreement.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here at the time of your order, and the "last updated" date above shows when it changed.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. The same applies to the End-User License Agreement.
If you buy as a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings there instead.
