Every product on AssetYard is a digital download. Nothing is shipped physically.
How you receive your files
Your download links appear on the order confirmation screen as soon as your payment is confirmed, and are sent to the email address you entered at checkout. In normal conditions this is immediate.
If payment confirmation is delayed by your bank or card issuer, the links appear as soon as the payment clears. If you have not received them within 24 hours, contact Support.
Re-downloading
Your download links do not expire. You can download your files again from your account at any time, as many times as you need.
This applies to every purchase, permanently. There is no window to keep track of and no attempt limit to run out.
Keeping your own backup is still worth doing, but it is not something we require of you.
File sizes and formats
The file formats and technical specifications for each product are listed on its product page. Larger products are supplied as .zip archives; you will need software capable of extracting them, which is built into current versions of Windows and macOS.
Problems with a download
If a file is corrupt, incomplete, or does not match the specifications published on its product page, contact Support and we will supply a working file. This is a delivery failure, not a change of mind, and is handled separately from the Refund Policy.
