Business days are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 UK time — GMT in winter, BST in summer. A message sent on Saturday is answered on Monday.
What to include
For anything about an order, send the order number from your confirmation email. For a problem with a file, tell us which product, which file, and which application and version you opened it in — the product page lists the versions each product supports.
What we can help with
- Missing or expired download links
- Corrupt, incomplete, or incorrect files
- Questions about what a licence permits, before or after purchase
- Refund requests under the Refund Policy
- Billing and payment problems
What we cannot help with
We do not provide design services, custom edits, or training in the applications the files are made for. We support the files we sell; the tools themselves are supported by their own developers.
